ICEP Transition Days - Term 4 Expression of Interest Form

ICEP (Individualised, Customized Employment Pathways) is a service provided by Real Life Community Group for NDIS participants (Ages 15-25) looking to develop skills, and break down their personal barriers towards employment as they begin to move out of school and into the workforce.

Our Transition Day Program is designed to give NDIS participants who are looking at leaving school at the end of 2026 a taste of both employment & social opportunities provided by RLCG supports. It is a multifaceted program, facilitated across multiple RLCG departments.
