Supported Workplace Participation & ICEP

Supported Workplace Participation

What is ICEP?

Our ICEP Program is a transitionary program which is primarily designed to assist school aged-young adult NDIS participants with discovering where they potentially would like to see themselves working as they get older, and in what capacity after school. Through working with our social workers and ICEP support workers, developing skills and capacity building a participant to the point where they would ideally move on to a DES (Disability Employment Service) provider, Social enterprise (e.g. RLSE workmates program) or mainstream full/part time/casual employment.
